Our driver lives in Brooklyn and had to go to the airport to pick up the vehicle. He was told the vehicle we rented was back in Brooklyn. He had to waste 3 hours in transit and completely ruined the schedule for the day. Also because of this we had to pay an additional $300 in overtime. On top of that our driver was told he had to return the vehicle that night when he we were quoted 11:00 AM the following day. Overall terrible experience, I may be going to management asking for a full refund.
The person at the counter did a great job
When we arrived to pick up the rental van there was only one representative and the wait time was longer than expected.
The staff was quick and courteous and we were charged exactly as quoted. I'd rate that aspect very highly.
But the vehicle itself was pretty gross. all the seats' upholstery was stained, the floor in the back had some food garbage, and and there was some kind of vomit-like residue on one of the rear seatbelt buckles and inside the reservoir of that buckle. I wouldn't be speaking up if I didn't find it truly gross.
I'd come back for the service but I'd triple check the car before I left

One day rentals are expensive!
I was hour and half late and they gave the cargo van I rented to someone else. Had to use a huge box top i felt uncomfortable driving. Lady at the desk was extremely nice and accommodating.
While the staff was excellent, we discovered after leaving the lot that the car had not been properly cleaned, and the back seat looked like it had been covered in vomit recently, rendering it unusuable (and just plain gross).
It was very easy & affordable. the staff was very helpful. The car was clean as well.
