Empire made it easy to rent and was affordable. Had to the car from Friday to Monday and paid less than $300. The staff were super nice and I will definitely continue to rent from them until I get my own car.

Staff on the phone was not as helpful, but in person the staff was very friendly and helpful. My car wasn't ready at the time I specified, and I had to wait for it to be transported from another rental location (even though I arrived 45 min after my reservation started). It was a little annoying to have to wait when I was already running late, but I understand it's a busy rental season and things happen.

Everything worked out great with the van. The staff at the Fordham office were great and helped take care of everything. I will definitely rent again from Empire the next time I need a van like that.
