My only complaint from this rental is that I didn't know that we wouldn't have transportation back to our hotel after we dropped off the car (since we dropped off the car after 4pm). Granted, there was a large sign on the wall of the office that said this, but no one directed my attention to it, and when I called to ask what time the office closed (in other words, what time I needed to return the car) no one mentioned it.

Staff in Isla Verde are very professional and courteous.
Had a great experience renting with Charlie's during my recent trip to PR. Had some slight problems connecting with the shuttle upon arrival but after that everything went off without a hitch. Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The car was perfect and made the entire trip possible. Got a great value for the money. Will definitely use these folks again.
