The lovely lady who processes my order every time (mornings at Condado location) couldn't be nicer or more efficient- she's wonderful!
Out of the many cars I've rented from various companies, this was the most efficient rental process I've ever experienced. The whole transaction, both pick up and return, was handled quickly and professionally. The staff was helpful, the car was clean, we were picked up and dropped off at the airport with no waiting. I would definitely rent from Charlie Car Rental again and will recommend them to family or friends who are going to Puerto Rico.

Absolutely better than most experiences I have had renting a car, it helps to have the correct insurance papers with you if you are using your own insurance. The English skills with Charlie employees were great, thank you so much
We have flown in and out of Puerto Rico numerous times and have always rented our vehicles from Charlies and always received great service. One time my husband left his prescription glasses under the seat and after several calls to Charlie's, they were returned to us. Not sure that would have happened with other car rentals.
Great service. Agent offered me a great deal on a better car that was available. Car was in perfect condition. Shuttle service was also on time and helped with our luggage. We will definitely use again and recommend.
