I had a great experience with Charlie. They did take a bit longer than I have experienced at the other bigger agencies but the people were really nice and I had no problems with the car.

We rent from Charlie Car Rental 4 times a year. We will not rent from anyone else.
Everyone, every time, from the shuttle driver to the office agent, to their service department are incredibly courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, & customer service oriented & driven to give their customers the best service every time.
We have rented from them for at least the past 15 years & never have had a single complaint.
