The rate was great and the service how ever there phone had no service so they couldn't call to get picked up.....When I did the online rental reservation I request and a Honda he receive a Kia Rio we went to the office to change it cuz all the lights in the dash went on so we receive another vehicle.....Another thing I pointed to the rep was that the bumper sticker on the vehicle is not really a good idea especially for tourist it give people knowledge....I will rent again

Outstanding service performed by Charlie Car Rental
I asked to change my rental cost to another credit card when I returned the vehicle and I was told that it was not possible. I don't see why this was a problem.
