We waited 2 hours outside the airport waiting for the shuttle at 2 a.m. and we called 5 times and no one was asneering, we were really disappointed and it was the very beginning of our vacation.
When picking up vehicle, clerk was a little short. Same sales clerk also quoted $10 per day extra to add my wife as a driver which turned out not to be the case.
When I dropped vehicle off, clerk was extremely helpful.
I had used charlie for years but they have lost my business. The last 2 rentals were beyond dirty. Cars didn't even have floor mats. Sad because I had used them for 10+ years. I rather pay more elsewhere.

For what I paid the car was sufficient. Service was great and transportation smooth. When the airline we were flying moved our flight up 35 minutes 2 1/2 hours before our scheduled flight, they did a great job getting us out of there very quickly. If you plan on being in the rainforest or mountains pay the extra a get a bigger vehicle. Also, definitely pay the extra $10 for the toll pass, 100% worth it!
