Ive been renting from Charlie's for years, I travel to Puerto Rico at least twice a year and every time they always go above and beyond. I feel like family there

Charlie Car is by far the friendliest, most honest car rental agency on the island--in my experience at least. Just show up prepared with your reservation, your car insurance info, and your credit card and visa coverage info, and you're good to go. No pressure! Great location and shuttle service. Welcoming folks!
Excellent experience
The car had spiders inside. Every morning there was cob webs inside.
We never have problesm with all our rental's with Charlie. There online pricing are always accurate.

Service was great. I did realize that there was an error on my bill. My bill with deposit was 369.66 and they charged me 396.66. I believe it was an honest error. I called and spoke to carlos and he said my husband can fix it on tursday june 29 when he arrivers in puerto rico.

The vehicle was never washed and the interior was really, really dirty. Was not vacuumed and the seats were stained. Front tires and front wiper blades should be replaced on this vehicle.
