The car was very good.
I was greeted by a very helpful and courteous employee who quickly put me into a BRAND NEW Jeep. The car was phenomenal and everyone in our party loved it.
The car return process is very fast and efficient, and the trip to the airport was great. My wife and i were talking about the driver for a little while after the trip, because he was actually a nice person who seemed to enjoy his job, and not just someone who is doing this for the money.

The experience I had was horrible. The person at the counter pretty much wanted to bully me into paying for things I didn`t need nor wanted and kept telling me that things had changed since I was last there and that I had no choice and after he realized I wasn`t budging then somehow I had a choice bad business never again will I use them.
Vehicle was not available, and no efforts were made to contact me prior to my arrival. However, according to manager, they verified if other car rental agencies had the vehicle I was interested on. No other agencied had it available, and the informed me this after I spent one hour in their lobby. I will recommend rentersvti call first, and verified if their vehicle of their choosing is available, before arriving to rental's lot.

worst experience I've ever had renting a car. I made reservation over the phone arrived in San Juan at on time only to find that the person who took my order had written my arrival time at 8:00a My plan arrived on schedule at noon. I was told sorry you weren't here at 8:00 so we rented your jeep to someone else are now sold out. Bad went to worse as every rental place in the airport except for Hertz was sold out. They had one car left. A 3000 per week Escalade! Thanks Charlie's. Your the worst!!

Charlie car rental never picked us up and they cancelled my rental without notice, leaving my family and I on the airport at midnight without a car. Terrible customer service and unprofessional!!
