Pick up day excellence, return day poor no courtesy what so ever. That the first time happened BTW in my rental day, the car was dirty and nasty the washed the car while I was waiting. But costumer services was excellent in pick up day.
Very quick and easy! Cheaper and more relaxed than all of the chain car rentals.

Overall it was a positive experience. However, I do think the price was a little high for the small vehicle we received. It was also not clear that one of the insurance options was $10.99 PER DAY. Which is reasonable but never mentioned to be a per day charge.
Also, the man who waited on us tried to charge me an extra $177 by saying he messed up and had to bill the total with two transactions. However, when we added up the total cost + security deposit, the second charge was unnecessary.
Allway use this rental company
The staff was courteous. Pick up time took too long as only 1 person working and system was down. The price was honored. My main complaint is about the vehicle: Poor condition, tires kept deflating, lots of dents, noisy. I was embarrassed of driving that vehicle, but kept on. That vehicle should've been retired. Other than the vehicle condition, no other issues. Return went great, no hassles. I might consider them again as long as vehicle is in a much better shape than what I got.
