Everything was great. The only thing I would mention is that the car had a funny rattling sound underneath while driving. It held up for the entire 2 days we rented, but I would be concerned if I had the car for a week or more. I appreciate renting from a locally based agency in Puerto Rico with great prices. Service was super fast and efficient. I was happy I was able to get a car during one of the busiest holiday seasons in PR. Thank you!

Nice car, fair rate
Got over charged $345.24, and had to have it refunded. Returned the car 5 days ago and still waiting on my security deposit. Got charged $177.74 after i returned it and when i call no one could tell me why and waiting to hear back from a "supervisor" told me sometimes they charge $75 if the car is excessively dirty. There was only sand on the floor. still waiting for my $427.74 that they owe me... Everyone was polite but this is ridiculous. Other then these issues I was satisfied.
