Agency staff has good customer service care. The car I think is in poor conditions and outdated.

Smooth check-in and check-out process. The car was very clean.
Everything was great for me! The shuttle was ON time and when got in office at Isla Verde the staff was quick! The 3 cylinder vehicle was Good in gas but driving up mountains was rough. I would definitely rent from Charlie Car Rental again and again!!!

Él unico problema que tuve fue con una llanta y llame a una de la agencias y ello me contestarón, que una ves que el vehiculo sale del area de rentamiento No es problema de ellos, que yo tenia que areglarlo...
