Everyone was friendly and professional.
I had a great experience. Based on the positive reviews, I chose Charlie and wasn't disappointed. Rates and additional fees were all posted, so there were no surprises. Staff was friendly and helpful. I really liked the photo images they sent of the scratches we found on the car before I took it off the lot. Their prices are comparable to other providers, but I have to say the service was excellent. Thank you!

They didn’t have the car we had requested and didn’t offer the option of waiting for the car. Upon requesting that we get a five seater car (we had 5 people not 4), they apologized and switched back to the original car. Didn’t enjoy the pressure to switch to a hatchback.
Renting with Charlie car rental was a great experience. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They explained everything very clearly, including the options for insurance and toll payments, which I was unfamiliar with. They even helped me figure out how to pay a parking ticket and they gave us restaurant recommendations. Would definitely rent from them again!
This is the 2nd year I've rented a vehicle while I was in PR from Charlie's. Real good customer support, friendly and the cars are good. The only that stinks is that they are off airport and for some reason my cell doesn't work right when I get to PR so calling them is a challenge, but we got lucky and a van came around.
Good place to rent a car at a little lower rate than the rest there at the airport and great team supporting you!

The only comment (if any) I have is that, unless I just couldnt find it, the vehicle did NOT have cruise control. (2019). Again, maybe I couldnt find it. Otherwise, the vehicle as well as the service (Leslie Anne Cruz) was superb!!!
