A total misleading rental experience. You rent it online with a specific rate but then at the counter when you can't so much, they bring tons of hidden fees. You can't use your own insurance even it covers all the required, plus the insurance of the credit card, and also you can't use your own sunpass account so they charge you $25 per day on top.so my rental of $25 was at the end $360. Better stay with the big companies at least they come up front with the cost instead of hiding it.

I tried to call to ask a question - no answer. I called to advise my flight would be late - no answer, so I left a voicemail. At 11:15pm we were waiting at the shuttle and it didn’t come. Finally, another shuttle driver kindly called their shuttle driver, who said they had a line out the door so they were closing for the night and he wouldn’t come get us. So at midnight my family had to go scrounge for another car. I’d rather pay more and get a car, then have nothing like we got from Bouti

They lure with a $15/day online price, but it’s a total SCAM. My $30 reservation turned into a $570 bill at the counter. This force you to buy insurance bundles that they claim are mandatory, even if you have your own coverage. When I complained about the massive markup, they just blamed the "weekend." This is predatory business at its worst. Save your money and go with a reputable company like where the price you see is actually what you pay.
