I have been renting from this agency for years now, and never had any problems. great place to rent with very affordable prices.
When I arrived in Toronto, Trans Canada said they couldn't find my reservation, nor my name. I have rented there several times and know that they are affiliated with other rental agencies. I reminded the agent that I have a reservation with confirmation. He said to bad...
This is not good business and I will be sure to spread this information and behaviour to other travelers.

The car windows inside where dirty and cloudy. No windshield washer fluid. People at the counter not pleasant
Great car great price!
I waited over 30 minutes to be picked up. When someone arrived they said no they were not the person. He called someone and obviously was told to pick me up. The car had a warning light go on for tire pressure shortly after I picked up the vehicle. I called to ask if I need to bring the car back. The first person said I did kit rent from them. A second person finally said I did and told me to fill up the tire. I did and the light did not go off. My husband called and was told there were no cars
I was told at counter that I don’t get unlimited mileage because I have a Ontario license even though none of this was stipulated online when I booked. Nasty surprise
Good but disappointed I had to buy insurance when I had my own.
Car was good but USB hub for phone charging was not working, today’s life it’s necessity, and I was not prepared for that when I found my phone is almost dead even I plugged in for charging in car .. else everything was good.
