The service was great. I like the method of picking up and dropping off. The car I got was a Honda Insight hybrid. I'm not sure of the year, but it was about a 2010 model (give or take). The car sputtered a little at slow speeds (5 to 15 mph) and the overall condition was below what I expected as a rental car.

Experience was stress free! Car was clean with a full tank of gas upon pickup and the drop off process was easy and simple.

Bumper was already broke off a little with something dragging underneath. We got out to check it out before we left and took pictures. Just something you’d think would be taken care of before allowing another rental. And the rug on the inside was not fully connected on passenger side.

The car's cruise control kept deactivating or wouldnt come on, the car smelled if it belonged to a smoker and you guys bought it from them off craigslist, and for what i paid, i shouldve went with a different company
