The only issue was, never having been to that airport before, and not reading instructions s I should have, I didn’t expect Carzi yo be on the opposite end of the airport than the other rental Cars

I received a filthy uncleared car with stained seat and carpet. I did not complain and I thought that Carzi knows about it. Carzi is now trying to charge me $370.59 for prepaid fuel, unclean car, mileage, licensing fee etc (brought the car back full) . Worst car rental service ever. They are dishonest and bad business practice

Horrible service. Old, damaged car with bad alignment, brakes etc — too dangerous to drive and I returned it to the agency after one hour.

My issue I have with the company, I could not find the rental car place in Phoenix. There was no shuttle bus around. So we walked there. My rental had a crack window , and peal windows tint. I text the online representative and submitted my images in. They still have not gave me answers yet. The car was not on the correct row, so I had to search for the rental. Found it in the wrong location. I had issues about my security deposit, I have not received my deposit yet.
