Your company is a joke. Upon arrival, I was told there was going to be a three hour delay. After communicating with customer service a couple times, I eventually stopped getting responses. I was never given information on how to pick up my car, thus never received one. I called and texted multiple times. I reported you to my bank and plan to leave reviews everywhere possible. This was the worst car rental experience I’ve ever had in my life.

There was absolutely no customer service. Couldn’t find the rental car agency so called them. They never called back so we were never able to pick up our car. Had to end up taking an Uber. Received a harassing email saying they were going to take action for breach of contract. Absolutely worst car rental experience I have ever had. I will report this to my credit card company and BBB.

I had never used this service before and it was much easier than waiting for an appointment with Sky Harbor Car Rental Centers. Unfortunately, Priceline allowed me to schedule a pick-up time for my vehicle that was outside of the car rental hours at Sky Harbor Airport, so using Carzi was a pleasant alternative that I will use moving forward than any of the larger car rental agencies. The pick up process was easy, as was the drop off process.

Booked the reservation and had to immediately cancel within a few minutes. Was told I had to pay an administrative fee. Could not speak with anyone over the phone. Only was able to text. Not a good way to do business.
