Would have liked to receive an email on return date with instructions similar to when I picked up vehicle!
Booked the reservation and had to immediately
cancel within a few minutes. Was told I had to pay
an administrative fee. Could not speak with anyone over the phone. Only was able to text. Not a good way to do business.
Be careful with this car I company. You have to provide your info to even Gey a quote. Once they get your credit card info, they will run it whether you booked a vehicle or not, then you have to dispute the charge. This company are thieves! Also, the vehicles aren't at the airport. You have to meet a private ride to the location & they may or may not have your vehicle. Fly by night place, stay away!
Must say, first time renting a car through a contactless process. It all worked extremely well, from airport shuttle to picking up the car, returning it and shuttle back to the airport five days latter. Didn't talk to a person, other than the shuttle driver (nice guy by the way). Fast and easy. Painless.
The windshield was chipped and cracked in 2 places, the windshield wiper warning light was on, the brakes squealed, and the floor mats were not vacuumed.
I would have liked unlimited mileage.
The car ran fine. The windshield wipers were not acceptable at all. Overall it was exactly what I needed.
Hesitant, at first. I didn’t know anything about the company. The pricing was half of my usual rental agency and a decent vehicle. I also liked that Carzi offered airport pickup and had their vehicles well protected in a gated and covered area.

This is an ideal company as long as you know how to do things online FIRST before arriving. IF you are old (like us) and are not familiar with doing things on your cell phone, it becomes quite difficult because there is NO live person to help you. Very frustrating for the first time, but now that we know how to do things, it is
truly contactless and can be VERY fast and efficient.
