my wife and i was very please with the car we received, and the young lady Renee was certainly a great help to us, our flight was delay and at that time of the early morning not knowing our way in the city of Kingston she went out of her way to make sure we arrived safely to our destination, we are very much please and will always use and recommend Apex car rental to our family and friends.

We had a great, reliable car and really appreciated the service and value.
I received a car that was not safely inspected and the wheel almost fell off while driving. No one took the time to call me to see if the condition was fixed or if I needed to replace the car for a different car. I was very disappointed with this rental company because my life was in danger.
