Staff was courteous and friendly. We were provided with a NEW KIA Soul automobile that had about 200 miles on the odometer. The car was clean, inside and out. I've rented from Andy's in previous years. Last year I returned from shopping in downtown George Town to find I had a flat tire. I called Andy's and they immediately sent a representative to George Town to change the tire. Terrific service. Terrific people.
Need more staff to process on weekends… waited nearly 45 minutes to get car
Car was a bit depleted on the inside in terms of major sun damage, but worked just fine. Staff at Andy's on both pick up and drop off were great -- Reuben, in particular, deserves high praise for his customer service and above and beyond attention.
