The headlight covers were very clouded; the windshield washer fluid was in adequate to clean properly so we bought some window cleaner; and had stall out issues. The switch to another car went well enough, but we were told to drive a malfunctioning car to the nearest gas station to fill-up or we would be charge Andy's refill rate. This was not right forcing us to drive a malfunctioning car or pay extremely high gas rates. No compensation was offered or provided.

Rented a jeep for 11 days and was shocked at the condition of the vehicle. Interior was torn up, exterior delapidated. Over 80,000 miles. Looked like it belonged on scrap lot. How they could rent that and charge over $3,000 is unbelievable. Will never use this company again.
