There’s got to be a better way to connect with the pick up driver. We’ve had this same issue twice now when arriving by ship. It’s near impossible to find a meeting spot for the driver to come get us. This time we had to pay $10 for a taxi to drive us a couple of miles up the street. That was after a 45 min wait and 3 phone calls to find out where the driver was. Very hectic and wasted a lot of time while there on a short day.

Apparently my rental couldn’t be found and all my details had to be entered again. Quite a few scratches in the car. Otherwise great.

I thought I had rented for the one week rate with the 7th day FREE. However an honest mistake by me it read only a one day rental. The lady at the counter never mentioned that to me. I ended up paying $450 for the 7 day rental. I will never get screwed like that ever again. I will take my business elsewhere
