First benches a flat tire so brought an alternative. This one had a nail in tire. So they swapped out and gave a really nice vehicle plus reduced the price considerably. Unbelievably great service. I always rent from Andy’s
Always great to tour the island when we are there but it’s getting expensive

The headlight covers were very clouded; the windshield washer fluid was in adequate to clean properly so we bought some window cleaner; and had stall out issues. The switch to another car went well enough, but we were told to drive a malfunctioning car to the nearest gas station to fill-up or we would be charge Andy's refill rate. This was not right forcing us to drive a malfunctioning car or pay extremely high gas rates. No compensation was offered or provided.
