We picked up at airport. There was no wait at either pickup or drop off. Employees were all very polite and helpful

Clean car, but seemed to leak fuel. For example, left parked a day, dropped nearly 1/4 tank.
When we had transmission troubles, the fellow sent out to help us was very rude and did not listen to the information I was giving him. Other employees were fine, but this bad apple has spoiled it. He could have handled the situation much better and it would have been fine and l would not be upset with rhe company.
One of the older vehicles in Andy’s fleet but she got us back and forth a couple of times to the East End. Staff are always very pleasant.
The car seemed pretty beat up for just 43000 miles on the odometer. High transmission noise over 30 MPH.
