The whole process was seamless. No long waits, or reams of paperwork. In and out which is great after long flights. Starting with a full tank is a huge bonus in an unfamiliar country. The after hours drop off and pick courtesy shuttle great if needed. I will always go with Andys now..!!
Vehicle showed normal wear and tear with some surface scratches. Since I drove at night in rain, the wiper blades left heavy streaks on the driver side, which was annoying and not safe. I reported it upon return.
Car’s interior was very beat up due to climate. Car needed service done.
The quality of this particular vehicle was not great. The driver's window did not open which I communicated when I returned the vehicle. In addition (and of a lesser concern), the buttons were missing from the radio and there was a piece of door missing on the driver's panel.
Everything was perfect. The staff is super friendly , very polite and very professional, it was a good experience. I had a brand new car,
