The vehicle was in disrepair. The roof leaked into the vehicle when it rained causing the car floor to stay wet. The smell inside the vehicle was of mold.

The lady that checked me in was great. The car itself was below average. It needs a brake job and new windshield wipers. The lady that checked me out at the end of the rental was not nice. She got upset because the car seats were wet when we returned the car. When we returned the car, it had been a downpour of rain all day. We got wet from the rain, and got back in the car...so yes, the seats were damp. She charged me an extra day's rental because they were wet and she was hateful.

Rainy day in Caymans --- before leaving Cayman and returning the car-- went throught some deep water and the car stalled -- called Andy's and they were there within 15-20 min with a SUV . Transferred our luggage ( 4 Older women) and we were on our way-- I would also like to thank the two Cayman gentlemen that took the time to give us a tow out of the water before the man from Andy's showed up! I have rented from Andy's before and would again!

The car was old, very old, one of the windows would only close after several attempts. For the price, I was expecting a newer car. The rest of the experience was good, but I dont think it is fair to pay the same price for a very old car.

Wait time was inevitable as we were at the airport with a plane-load of others picking up as well. The wait was satisfactory, not disapointing but also not better than expected. The vehicle was what we reserved however the luggage space with 4 adults & 2 kids was not quite sufficient and would be better noted on the vehicle description online. Otherwise fantastic service and great rates - we will rent here again.
