I have rented from your company for years and have always been pleased. My comment has to do with the way one of your representatives handled a very rude customer. I checked in around 11:15 on the morning of May 26th at your airport location. The young lady with your company was very patient with the woman. The vehicle was clean and in good condition. The office personnel were competent but could be more friendly. I have used andy's on 4 or 5 occasions without any problems.

Staff timeliness is always dodgy, but my sense is simply that there could be additional staff at busy times OR that folks arriving for vacation need to calm down and be more patient. If it is the latter (which I understand!) perhaps a cheerful sign encouraging renters to relax and be patient would smooth the experience. The rate. car etc. were terrific!

Our experience was smooth in both the pick up and drop off policy. We have used Andy 6 times now and will continue to use them as long as the service level continues.

We rented from Andy's for years and a few years ago we tried other companies for a better rate...slightly less expensive but old, old cars that we PRAYED would make it to and from airport. Never again...Will only use Andy's!
