I reserved a vehicle in September and when we got there it was not available. This seems to always be the case. Then they wanted to upcharge me for their mistake. Not happy to say the lease. Apparently a reservation doesn't mean a lot with thus company...
I asked for a right-hand drive car but was provided a left-hand drivd car. Also, tires were very low on air. Rental office should have an air compressor available.

Rental experience was time efficient after landing, cars a bit older and beat up but did the job for our family getting around the island
Much better alternative than the "major" brands, great value and cannot beat the convenience of location at GCM.
Would be really great if there was a fueling station near each office. Or, maybe an accurate map for where stations are located nearest to each rental office.
As an older driver, I am appreciative that Andy's allows rentals to seniors up to 85 years old.
Great friendly customer service for check in and out , nice clean cars , easy to pick up near airport parking area- would definitely highly recommend
I had originally booked a reservation with Firefly, and emailed them to let them know our plane was delayed, but when we arrived they had closed up. We were stuck, but the agent at Andy’s gave us a car and matched the lower price, as long as we could return it by 9:30 am since all cars were booked. She saved the day for us! Thank you!
