I waited nearly an hour to get my car. Service was slow and then waited another 20 minutes to get my car after the paperwork was done. Two different people that were in line behind me got their cars before I did. I will not rent from Andy's again, but will walk across the street to one of the other car rental agencies.
Andy’s is the easiest place to rent from. We stayed out on the east end at Morrits and Andy’s was right across the street. They gave us a wonderful Jeep Wrangler in excellent condition for a price better than any place on island. Even better, we were able to return it at the airport! In and out, super easy service with a smile!
Service a the counter is inconsistent. Some associates are friendly and acknowledge you while you wait in line. Others ignore you. Overall service is very slow. I realize it's "island time", but when you've been traveling all day and waiting in line for over an hour in customs, you want more than one person behind the counter taking care of getting you in that car. That said, once you get up to the counter all is good. The return was handled very quickly, as I was the only there.

We have been renting from Andy's for 25 years. They have always been wonderful, great service

Wait time is way to long,took over 30 mins to complete the rental. The car give was a wreck. Almost got killed at the 1st roundabout car had zero pickup,the brakes were making noise and the muffler felt it was ready to fall off every time to step on the gas pedal. I return it back the next morning. Note:it was noted that the car had 70k on the odometer.

The vehicle was clean, ready and worked very well for our vacation. I like their close proximity to the airport. I have used in the past and will use again.
The first car they were going to give us had some bad smells (like someone go sick in it). The manager said she wanted to give another car. It had a bad paint job, and dings everywhere, but ran good. The new person marked everything up. I returned it to another location and they tried to blame me for a dent in back fender, which was clearly done earlier. I had full coverage, but feel like the next time I will make sure all dings are marked properly. Still positive. G. Morgan
