staff was very helpful; we had a dead battery the second day - they were very helpful and sent one of their staff with jumper cables to our condo. The staff stayed around to make sure the car started and the battery was charged sufficiently.

The customer service I was provided was EXCEPTIONAL! At one point, I had lost the key to my car. When I called, I was told about the $250 charge, and a new car was sent to me, and the original car was taken. A couple of days later, I found the key, and once again the customer service I received when I returned the key was EXCEPTIONAL! I would recommend Andy's Car Rental to anyone who went to Grand Cayman. Thank you.

The minivan we rented held 7 adults and their luggage very comfortably. The cost of the rental and insurance was a good value for the Cayman Islands.
