All went well. The rental car was a bit old and the AC labored a bit to keep us cool.

Car was in overall good shape, a bit beat up but adequate for our purposes. Two minor items were that charger outlet for phone didn't work and front seat passenger seat belt didn't retract properly. No issues with pick-up and return other than a short wait. Rep was diligent in looking for and recording scratches and dings at pick-up. Good price compared to other choices.

The compact car we received had 43000 miles and a few issues. The wipers wiped poorly, the drivers window switch worked in a rather dodgy manner, something tapped in a regular beat at 40mph, none of the key fob buttons worked. In other words the Kia Rio should’ve been at auction. Your staff was friendly and courteous like everyone else we have encountered on Grand Cayman. The exchange rate and lineup at Customs though, is horrendous. Please pass that last bit on to Cayman tourism bureau.

Everything went smooth the car and rate were what I expected no waiting I had 6 adults and needed something that could handle all of us with luggage and Andy's came through with a nice van that we were all comfortable in this was my 2nd year using Andy's and I will be back again next year I recommend them to anyone traveling to Grand Cayman.

Vehicle rather old and scratched all around. Difficult to unlock vehicle with key (no remote). A/C was just OK as it took about 2-3 miles to come to temperature. More importantly, the person checking out the vehicle either placed the wrong set of paperwork in the door of the vehicle as I left, or the person checking in the vehicle misplaced my paperwork after the visual inspection, claiming I did not fill the tank with gas upon arrival. In the end it was resolved, but what a waste of time.
