We had an issue with the car battery. The first time Andy’s staff came to our condo and jumped the car. The next day the battery was dead again. The staff came to the condo and replacedthe battery. Provided us with phone updates throughout the process. Great service! Thank you.
I chose a Compact car on your site- but when I got there we were given a subcompact ( kia Piccanto) ? when I asked about It was told there was only one category? You website clearly has a distinction between the two.

The process to rent our car took a very long time. Agent was not particularly friendly & provide really bad directions to our requested destination He gave us directions that didn't even have roads although there is only one big main highway.Not what you would expect from a local unless he was messing with us The car we rented was dirty (coffee spilled on the side) When we asked about it he said that it had rained.,clearly not cleaned. The check service light was on.Brakes noise in reverse.
Best rental experience in 10 years of renting on the island. Very happy.
