Amerirent Car Rental Renter Rated Reviews - Page 2

I was given a vehicle below the level O requested and that vehicle had mechanically issues. The shock absorber was bad. I was told I was going be given a different later during the day. Nobody called me. I went back to the airport to exchange the vehicle. No car was available. I was told they will send somebody to my house to exchange the car. That did not happen. I had to go back to the airport a second time. I need a refund for the 1st rental day and compensation for so many headaches.

They are thieves. I left my wallet with $200.00 in cash and my credit cards in the car and I was monitoring my wallet since I had the Apple Air Tag and I knew the exact location of it and they told me that they never got the wallet until they realized that I had the Apple Tag and they broke it. After that they used my credit cards for thousands of dollars. They are dishonest thieves.

Horrible! They charge a lot for an insurance that it can be declined, they are thieves, that’s what they are. It double in price and they wouldn’t let me get car. I asked to be show where it says that my card doesn’t cover the vehicle, but they didn’t. I will tell everyone to be mindful of them on social media.

There was noone at the airport stand when i arrived. Another company had to call. The wait was over 10mins. I reserved a mini van and got a bus. I was charged more than reservation cost. The agent got frustrated with me. The car was dirty and full of sand.
