It’s ridiculous that the insurance cost more than the actual rental of the vehicle. I will be renting from an offsite service from now on.

Very disappointing experience. The vehicle had multiple pre-existing scratches and damages that were not documented when we picked it up. At drop-off, while we were rushing to catch our flight, we were questioned about a minor scratch that we did not cause. We had also purchased additional insurance coverage, making the situation even more frustrating. The company did not appear to have accurate records of the vehicle’s existing damage, yet was quick to hold us responsible. We left feeling

The vehicle that I REquested was not available . I was given a small Susuki with mechanical issues because there were no car available. I was told they would call and send somebody to exchange the car in my house. That did not happen. I had to back to the airport to finally get the car that I reserved.

My reservation was $245.00. I was charged $267.00. The car was good but the Toyota entertainment system with Android socks. I had to download an app to connect my phone to the infotainment system. I was not able to figure out how to play music from my phone. It was frustrated. I definitely do not want a Toyota cross next time.

I was quoted one price and when I picked up, it was more than double and pretty was told to get over it. Being in a foreign company I had no choice. Plus when I arrived, I waited almost 90 minutes for someone to appear at the front desk to wait on me. The person picking us up was rude, and pushy. When we dropped off the young lady was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I will not use this company again unless they email and apology and a credit if not honor the price I was originally quoted

I arrived at agency and they don't have my reserved car, neither a better replacement. Me and my family went to the hotel with Uber and waiting next day call us to get the car. All our vacation trip was compromised without the car. We are very disappointed with this rental car and dominicanian way to solve our problem. I'll never recommend you to another person.
