Very efficient
Tried to rent 2x from your agency. Both times showed rentals available and others were clearly marked not available. Was contacted shortly after making the request that the car was not available. This happened 2x within a 2 week period. I was also advised by email that vans must be reserved 2-3 weeks ahead of time. None of this was mentioned during the reservation process. The only thing that was clear was I'd be charged a non-refundable deposit. Very disappointed with this business.
