Our overall experience was very positive. The condition of the vehicle was excellent, customer service was exemplary and pickup/drop off was very smooth. I would not only rent from this agency again, but also recommend it to my friends without hesitation.

The experience was very professional and organized
The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had a youth retreat and needed vans at the last minute to travel due to a change in modes of travel due to unforseen circumstances.
This is the third year I used them, and when I fly out of Newark, I will use them again. They do everything the way it's supposed to. They did pick me up about 10 minutes later than they said, but it was no problem.
