Not a good experience having made a reservation and waiting for almost a whole hour to be given the car. Car not clean, spillage stains on all seats, car looked really dirty. Was even more scared when the car they wanted to give me was found to be dead, not starting. Looks like a good number of people are not up to their tasks/ duties. Customer oriented services is better than profit focused.
I found the ease of reserving my vehicle on the website great and simple. When I picked up my vehicle it was better with personal staff. Cant wait until our next trip vehicle that we need to rent!

Value van met my needs and more. They were professional, prompt and courteous. Also the van was fantastic for our group of 11 people. I wish I owned a van like the Ford we rented. New and clean and drove like a dream. I will use this company again when in NYC or New Jersey.
Also pricing beat the majors by a lot.
