Amazing customer service!
Alaska Express Car Rental Inc was great to work with. They had the best deal I could find. They were there in the middle of the night to set me up with a great van for me and my brothers. When we dropped off the van, we were in a hurry to get to the airport so they made it a real quick drop off interaction, then hopped in the same van and got us to the airport quickly. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
Even though this car rental was not at the Anchorage Airport it was very simple to take a taxi there ($10 at 11:30 pm). Our car was waiting with an attendant and all went very smoothly. We wanted a vehicle for 6-7 passengers and they had one for the best price. The check in procedure went very smoothly and they took us immediately to the airport. Very friendly, very helpful. I would definitely rent from Alaska Express Car Rental again.
I loved that the service is very professional AND very human. No robotic responses, just great people running a great local business. I will most certainly steer all family who visits in the future to this company.

Great experience
We were very happy with vehicle and service provided by the vehicle owner. He went over and beyond the regular service and spend significant time guiding us through the places we should visit in Anchorage and Fairbanks area.
Alaska Express Car Rental Agency provides good pricing for car rentals in Alaska and great service. We actually ended up with a better vehicle than expected and found it great for our two week trip.
The staff here were phenomenal, not only did they make it easy to get the car they even drove us back to the airport when we dropped it off. They went above and beyond and I would 1000% rent from them again when I find myself back up north.
