Alaska Express Car Rental Renter Rated Reviews - Page 1

Service was great, car was excellent. I would rent from Express Car Rental again. They are far better reviewers of the condition of the vehicle than any other. No gimmicks, no hassles. Thank you Express Car Rental for your excellent service.

This was the best car rental experience I've ever had. The business owners (+Elena!) were so personable and easy to work with. I really enjoyed our long talks about all things Alaska! I was also given a surprise vehicle upgrade, and it drove exceptionally well. It's way more gratifying to support a local business than any of the global ones that proliferate the rental counters at ANC. Definitely would rent from them again if my travels ever take me back to Anchorage. Thank you!

I would very highly recommend using this group for car rentals. Renting a car in Alaska is expensive. But when possible I would always rather do business with a local family/business rather than a national Chain. This family was really nice, the vehicle was brand new and it wasn’t the vehicle we wanted, but I was still very happy with it.

Maybe it's Alaska pricing that I was not ready for but the car rental was very expensive. The service was fine.

I wanted a truck for the McCarthy Road to Wrangel-St. Elias National Park. We I arrived to pick up the vehicle, no trucks (or any cars) were available. The manager blamed the problem on booking through Kayak.com (which took me to the Alaska Express Car Rental website), which apparently doesn't keep an accurate inventory.

Ersin and staff were great! It is the busiest time of the year, and they went out of their way to accommodate me and take care of me. I would definitely rent from them again. Great experience and great company!
