Overall good experience. The attendant was actively retrieving the rental vehicle from another location - I called with the posted phone number and they arrived in less than ten minutes to process the rental. Great service.
It’ss small business owner ans the lot is small but he is excellent and personable. I would only use him going forward. He’s about 5 minutes away from the airport and it’s never longer than about 15 minutes wait if he’s running someone to the airport .

EVERYTHING WENT WELL AND GETTING A CAB TO RENTAL WAS NO ISSUE
The car I rented was not given to me and the appropriate refund was not offered.
