The staff was friendly and helpful. The car was beat up, rattled and had two lights on warning the tires were low.

I didn't receive any instructions about the complimentary shuttle, never got an email reply about it, and I never saw them at port. I called the office and voicemail said closed at 4 even though email said 5 on a Friday. Terrible communication.

As it worked out, I had to cancel this reservation to get a more-suitable vehicle. However, I was very happy that this staff was able to help me find what I needed, even though it wasn't with AKCarRental. I've rented from AKCarRental in the past and will continue to do so, but this time I needed something they didn't have. My experience with the other vendor was absolutely horrific and will assure that I will never try them again. I'll continue to call on AKCarRental. Thanks!
