Desk assistant was friendly, fast, etc. He also went the extra mile assisting a family of 5 before me as I checked out. They sounded like first time visitors to the island and he was a great first impression of the island.

The car was garbage. the AC did NOT work. the windshield wipers are ripped and frayed. The car was beat up. I will never rent from this place again.
