Very smooth rental experience overall. Staff was professional, pickup was easy, pricing was honored as quoted, and the process was efficient. Would definitely rent from this agency again.

It needs to be made clear on the website, sent follow up info and in phone calls you do NOT pick up from Ward Cove or NCL ships and the ship shuttle has to be ridden first.
