The agency was a bit further from the ship dock than I expected but they had a shuttle pick us up and take us there. The staff was very friendly and answered all our questions about places to go, things to do/eat, etc. Would rent form them again and recommend them to others.

Car was very clean. I wasn't real clear that the car wouldn't be waiting for us at the port but the transfer service worked well. Very friendly.

We were told the car company would bring the vehicle we rented to the port, which was about 7 miles from their facility. We were told to call a day ahead of time to insure they would respond. When we called we were told they WOULD NOT bring the vehicle to that location due to road construction and the time it would take to deliver are return the driver. Hence, we did not have a vehicle the day we were in port. Will not rent from them in the future.
