Everyone with whom I came in contact for my car rental was courteous and professional. A special recognition for the woman at the counter, Jessie(sp?), who was a particularly outstanding representative for Affordable. She would be a valuable employee for any company. I would hire her.

The car was in the spot indicated and the shuttle picked us up shortly after arriving at the curb. The gas tank was slightly below full. The check engine light came on the 2nd day of our rental. When I was unable to correct the situation, I called in and based on my conversation, the same problem had manifest itself in this car previously. I was promptly instructed to turn the car in and pick up a different one. This was handled seamlessly, but it was inconvenient for me.
