The Affordable Rent-A-Car was so great! Great Services and Great rate and Great Stuff. However, the only problem is the Service of" The parking spot". They were supposed to come to the airport to pick up the customer every 5 min but I was waiting for the shuttle for more than 20 min. Also, the Driver Lisa M. never helped to load my big luggage and she almost dropped me off at the wrong parking spot. My spot was " ii" but she tried to drop off me on "i ". only "The Parking Spot " was not good!

Convenient after hours pick up and rates were better than all agencies except one. All changes I needed were met with a friendly representative who assisted. Good overall experience and would do it again without reservation

Affordable was very easy to deal with. They picked us up from the airport promptly, were very courteous and quick at the check out and the return was very easy. We were picked up in the shuttle from our car and dropped off at the airport door. While they are an offsite agency, we did less waking and waiting than competitor onsite agencies. And the price was much cheaper for the high quality car. I’ll definitely be renting from them again!

This is a very complicated way to rent a car, and the results are unpredictable. Frankly, I don't think the extra hoops I had to jump through to make the reservation, and the delays I had to endure to finally get into my rental, were worth the savings.

I think it speaks volumes that I am leaving comment to something I have done 1000+ times. This car rental company is different. Personal, friendly and family owned. Loved my experience start to finish. Especially the ride back to airport in my rental so I didn’t have to lug my luggage out of the car. 10 out 10!!!
