There was a crack in the front fender but they rented it anyway without repairing it. This has been my experience with Aamcar nearly every time - the cars always have some kind of body work damage. Once the fender was literally hanging off. They just send them right back out again.

We love renting from this location. The staff are always helpful and courteous. The location is prime for getting in and out of Manhattan quickly.

This is the second time I've used AAMCAR, and I whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a rental car. Everyone I've dealt with has been courteous and helpful. Pick-up and drop-off is hassle-free, which is really priceless.

I have always had a positive experience at AAMCAR- this time I felt the car was below standards- the inside of the car was very dirty and there were multiple dings and frame of car was a little mangled. For the price- which I thought was very high- I should have received a nicer vehicle.
