Agency called in advance to notify me that office would be closed at my scheduled pick-up time. I was able to complete registration process in advance and car was ready for me to pick up at the scheduled time.

The connection to charge the phone did not work. The car was under-powered...always scary when driving on highways.....

I have been renting from AAMCAR on UWS for years now. I love their service. I am so happy they are a part of this neighborhood. They are part of the reason I can 'escape' NYC when I need to. Thank you AAMCAR UWS
