Wish the process for returning the car was clearer and there was someone I could have contacted. Had to wait several minutes and didn't know who I was supposed to hand the car off to. Other than that, great service!

An hour delay for car pickup, guy was not efficient and the place was filthy. The car was garbage as well. I’ll never rent from this dump again.
