Great agency. Cars are always spotless and Daniel on 181st Street is so efficient , he literally has me in a car 10 minutes after I arrive. The best car rental agency I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Highly, highly recommend.

The associates at 96th street are super. One of the reasons I continue to deal with your company. Just wish things wouldn't be so strict when it comes to holidays. Example is Christmas week. I needed a car for 2 days but you push 3 or 4 days so I have to shop elsewhere. Sad but I guess that is business. I am bad on names but Henry is aces. I will start to get other names because the 4 people I have dealt with are ACES. They know my name when they see me. Fantastic. Thank you

Really appreciated the no/low pressure to get "extra" insurance, which happens at the other car rental agencies. Also, when we inspected the car, the agent was very clear what would or would not be a problem. Very good experience overall!
