Would always like the price to be lower, but it IS NYC. Rates are best of nearby options that I know of.
I really like the fact that we can return the vehicle so late, after office closes.
Car radio did not work. Check out the windshield wipers. Otherwise all in good order as noted, as usual.
Always a pleasure. I rent there regularly, unlike the Big Companies I am forced to deal with on trips, these guys don't try to chisel me with fees and expensive ad-on. what they do give is good advice - when I have rented big vans - about stuff like roads with restrictions on vans, and where to find overnight parking on longer rentals.

I was ver satisfied with my rental experience.
The only thing I wish is that the vehicle could be returned later in the night because it's so difficult to find a parking space if I come back to the city after 11:30 PM.
Easy and courteous rental. Would use again if needing a cargo van.
