It was extremely important I could return the Van I rented 24-hours a day. Something I thought would take six hours ended up much longer. The rental included 150 miles which was also important. U-Haul charges by the mile so you're always nervous about how much you're spending.
I was very happy with the service and the car, except I had ordered a GPS but they didn't have one when I arrived. That was bad news. But for the price and service, I will definitely rent from them again.
