Overall great. Nice, helpful folks. Prices outrageous, and mileage should not be limited - not at those prices.
After owning a car in Manhattan for 5 years, I decided it was expensive and not necessary, knowing there was a car rental next door to the garage ! Right away, the staff introduced themselves and they have since been very courteous and extremely helpful. Whenever I need a car, I get a car, service is always great, the staff already knows me and my family and makes our life easier and stress free. In Manhattan, this is a blessing!
As usual, the AAMCAR experience was excellent. The staff is courteous and friendly, the service is fast, and everything is more personal than at a big chain. I'm a customer for life.

All went smoothly.
although car was not ready for about 10 minutes and clearly had just been washed, the tire pressure had not been checked and within 5 minutes a sign came on : check tire pressure. This required my returning to the rental office, where everyone was very nice about it, but I was delayed in starting my trip.

Employees were courteous, knowledgeable and very friendly. Rates and indurance were also very affordable. I would definitely choose AAMCAR again for any of my transport needs!
