Only thing missing was window washer fluid
The staff at Aamcar are great! Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and fast. They are always patient with customers who struggle to understand all the details and look at the alternatives to help them. They almost always have the car I reserved. The wait is usually less than 5 minutes and the few times I haven't liked a car, they changed it without giving me hard time. Reserve early for summer weekends because they do sell out.

Thank you for the rental. Everything went smoothly.
My biggest complaint is the apparent policy that AAMCAR has with regard to placing a $600.00 hold on my bank account, long after I have returned the car in good condition, with a full tank and undamaged. This is an insult to me as a customer and clearly conveys your company's lack of trust toward its customers. This is the reason I will never use your services in the future nor will I recommend AAMCAR to friends and colleagues. I will also pursue legal action regarding this matter.
